Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dshop account and select the 'Order History' section to flag the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
